So your 3rd device can enroll without a pause. At signup you authorise €0 with Mollie, our payment provider. Nothing is charged while your organization has 2 devices or fewer; the 3rd device starts your plan and its first period is charged then.

Billing follows the devices you enroll. A device beyond your current count adds a slot, charged pro rata for the rest of the period. At renewal the count resets to the devices you actually have, so removed devices aren't billed again.

Once your fleet reaches a tier, the discount applies to every billed device: 100 or more devices −10%, 250 or more −15%, 500 or more −20%. Devices in sub-organizations count toward the same total.

Yes, in Billing. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated, with unused time credited: more devices, monthly to annual, or Pulse to Pulse Managed. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Cancel any time in Billing. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, without a refund for the remainder. After that the organization is back on the free plan with 2 devices. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.

Prices exclude VAT. Latvian customers and EU customers without a VAT number pay Latvian VAT at 21%. EU businesses whose VAT number checks out in VIES are invoiced under reverse charge at 0%. Customers outside the EU are generally outside the scope of EU VAT.

The €0 authorisation at signup works with a card or PayPal, through Mollie, our payment provider. Later payments, such as paying an invoice or adding a new method, can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL or Bancontact. Renewals are charged automatically to the method on file, and you can change it in Billing.

Every charge gets an invoice from SEQ SIA (Riga, Latvia) with net amounts and VAT, emailed to your billing address and downloadable as PDF in Billing.
